4.1 Any comments, reviews, enquiries, photos or other material you submit through the Website ("Materials"), other than personal information covered by our Privacy Policy, are treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

4.2 By submitting Materials to us, you grant Felicity Properties a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and distribute those Materials for any legitimate business purpose, and you waive any moral rights in them to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

9.2 If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
